    Meals are delivered nationwide, frozen in insulated packaging.

  • What if I’m not home? Deliveries can be left in a safe place or rescheduled.

  • How can I find tracking information? Tracking info is sent via email after shipping.

  • Flexible deliveries? Yes, you can adjust delivery dates anytime in your account.

  • How do I dispose of the packaging? Recycle boxes, liners, and ice packs where facilities exist.

Your Subscription

  • How does transition work? Start with 25% new meals and increase gradually to 100%.

  • How to thaw food? Thaw overnight in the fridge or for a few hours at room temperature.

  • What if my dog doesn’t like it? Contact us for tips or recipe swaps — most dogs adjust quickly.

  • When will orders arrive? Deliveries arrive on your selected schedule each month.

  • How will I be billed? Payments are automatically processed monthly via your chosen payment method.
